I'm very sorry to announce that Toastrooster is no longer able to operate. A recent server crash corrupted the database beyond repair. I offer my sincere apologies for the abrupt end to a service that over 10 clubs relied on as their primary form or organisation. To those looking for another solution other than the usual email thread, you could look at Easy Speak. I have never used it myself but I know many clubs around the world use it in the same way that you have all been using Toastrooster.
If you'd like to give any feedback about how the site has been beneficial (or not) to your club over the past few year, or your thoughts on seeing it go you may message via the Toastrooster Facebook page.
