Creating a Meeting

Who can create a meeting?

Club admins can create new meetings. To add a new meeting, click the 'New Meeting' button as shown in the screenshot.

Meeting Settings

The settings dropdown shown in the screenshot allows you to do the following:

  • Change the date of the meeting
  • Change the time of the meeting
  • Add a 'word of the day', or 'meeting theme' should you choose to. Different clubs do different things.
  • Delete the meeting. Beware this cannot be undone so tread carefully.
